Description: Fiserv will be implementing a program of changes to uplift the network technology at the Western Sydney Data Centre.

This change is specific to Fiserv core network connectivity.

Please note this change was previously scheduled for Wednesday 20th May 2026.

Planned Start Time: Thursday 28th May 2026 22:00 AEST
Planned End Time: Friday 29th May 2026 06:00 AEST

Impact Details: There is expected to be an interruption to connectivity for up to ten (10) minutes during the change.

The failover of connectivity, where there is expected to be impact, will occur at approximately 02:00 AEST.

FirstVision Australia services will be moved to Hot-Standby (HSB) prior to the network failover and will be failed back once the network connectivity is restored. Any in-flight transactions or API calls impacted during the failover to HSB should be successful on retry.
